Bonus Terms and Wagering in Plain Language
It is important to understand the terms before claiming a bonus. Below is a quick overview of the key details for each offer, followed by an example of how wagering is calculated.
| Bonus offer | Rate | Maximum | Wagering | Minimum deposit |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Welcome Bonus | 120% | ৳20,000 | 10x bonus | ৳500 |
| Weekly Reload Reward | 50% | ৳10,000 | 15x bonus | ৳500 |
| Slot Festival Bonus | 75% | ৳8,000 | 20x bonus | ৳500 |
| Birthday Gift | — | ৳2,000 | 10x bonus | — |
| Refer a Friend Reward | — | ৳1,500 | 8x bonus | — |
| Cricket Season Deposit Bonus | 60% | ৳12,000 | 18x bonus | ৳500 |
Wagering calculation — example
Wagering means the bonus amount must be used in bets a set number of times before it can be withdrawn. The calculation is based only on the bonus amount, not on your original deposit.
This means once ৳12,000 in bets is completed, winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn. For a larger deposit: a ৳33,400 deposit gives a ৳20,000 bonus → total ৳53,400 → wagering ৳20,000 × 10 = ৳2,00,000.
Read the Terms and Conditions page for full rules. All conditions are clearly explained there.

Mistakes to Avoid When Using Bonuses
Many players claim a bonus but do not get the full benefit from it. Knowing the common mistakes below will make it easier to get the most out of any bonus.
Claiming a bonus without reading the terms
Each bonus has its own wagering rate and expiry. Claiming a bonus without knowing the terms can cause problems when you try to withdraw later. Read the Terms and Conditions carefully before claiming.
Trying to withdraw before wagering is complete
Winnings from a bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met. If the required bet amount is not reached, the bonus may be cancelled.
Keeping multiple bonuses active at the same time
Generally, more than one bonus cannot be active at the same time. Claiming a new bonus before finishing the wagering on a previous one may cause complications.
Depositing in the wrong section
The slot festival bonus applies only to deposits in the slots section, and the cricket bonus applies to the sports section. Depositing in the wrong section means that bonus will not be awarded.
Trying to claim after the offer has expired
Each offer has a set time limit. For weekly and seasonal bonuses in particular, missing the deadline means losing that opportunity.
Useful tip

Get VIP Benefits Alongside Your Bonus
Alongside voucher bonuses, kg 9999 has a five-tier VIP program. Each tier from Bronze through Diamond offers weekly cashback — from 0.2% at Bronze up to a maximum of 1.0% at Diamond.
For example, if a Gold member has a net loss of ৳20,000 in a week, they receive ৳20,000 × 0.6% = ৳120 in cashback. The more you play, the higher the tier you reach and the more benefits you receive.
